THINK SNOW! On Sunday, Feb. 13, the Miller's Mills Grange will sponsor the ice harvest. Activities start at 11 a.m. and continue until the ice house is full. Free horse-drawn sleigh rides and food at the Grange and the church. Free admission and parking; old-fashioned fun!

THINK VACATION! There is planned a Netherlands Canal Cruise, April 21-29. After arrival at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport, we will be transported to the breathtaking Keukenhof Tulip Gardens. On to Rotterdam, where we board the Salvania, our home for seven nights. We will see the former Holland Amerika Lijn Terminal, from which many immigrants sailed for the New World, and Delfshaven, where the Pilgrim Fathers started their trip to Plymouth; and Middleburg and Zierikzee. Cruise to the ancient port city of Dordrecht, with a guided walking tour and a visit to the Grotekir, a church known for its beautiful woodcarvings and its 1671 organ. Cruise past the 18 windmills of Kinderkijk, plus two optional excursions and other interesting stops. Some folks are planning a second week in Germany and Austria. Call me if you want a brochure.
