Blood drives planned

Blood drives will be held:

Friday, February 4, 2:30-7:30 p.m. at Wolcott Baptist Church, sponsored by the Lions and Lioness Clubs of Wolcott.

Monday, February 14, 2-7 p.m. at the Palmyra Fire Department

Saturday, February 19, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Church of the Epiphany, West Main Street in Sodus. Sponsored by the Sodus Rotary Club.

Thursday, February 24, 1-7 p.m. at St. Michael's Church on Holley Street in Lyons.

Everyone, please plan to donate.

The local chapter is asking the community to accept the responsibility of helping those in need: surgical patients, children with life-threatening diseases, accident victims, and hemophiliacs to name just a few. There is no substitute for blood or blood products. Those who need blood must rely on healthy individuals to take the time to share the gift of life.
