The Marbletown Volunteer Fire Department has announced the results of its recent election. Elected to office for the year of 2000 is:

Fire Chief- Kenneth Boyd

Truck Captain - Gregory Hixson
Fire Police Captain - Robert Croll
EMS Captain - Joyce VerStraete
Fire Police Lieutenant - Terrance Tyler
Lieutenant of Rescue (M-42) - Daniel Butler
Lieutenant of Engine (E-52.) - Richard Sulkowski
Lieutenant of Engine (E-2) -Dominic Vitaro

In December, officers were elected for 2000 for the Marbletown Fire Auxiliary.
