Boy Scout Sunday in Lyons

On Sunday, February 6, the First Presbyterian Church of Lyons will recognize and honor all Boy Scouts and Scout Leaders from the Lyons community. All Scouts are invited to come to worship in uniform.

The church will also commission Rev. Cynthia Huling Hummel and her son Bill as they prepare to leave for their trip to the Holy Land on February 8. The sacrament of the Lord's Supper will be celebrated. The worship service will begin at 10 and a time of fellowship will follow. There is nursery care and the church is handicapped accessible.
