Wadsworth Reunion this weekend

Members of the Wadsworth family will gather this Sunday at Fair Haven Park for a Family Reunion, noon to 9 p.m.

The family, in this country for over 300 years, boasts Revolutionary War soldiers, Civil War soldiers, and, now, proud members of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The family tree even includes poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.

Recently, the 160-year-old Wadsworth homestead on Wadsworth Rd., Wolcott, became home to Hank and Andrea (Wadsworth) Welker.

The Wadsworth Reunion logo featured here is the creation of Jessica DeCracker, granddaughter of Jane (Wadsworth) DeCracker.
