Newark softball game rescheduled

Rain made good its threat on Sunday, when heavy afternoon showers made it necessary to reschedule Newark's annual Fire Department/Police Department softball game.

The popular event will be held Saturday, August 5, at 7 p.m. at Colburn Park. Your tickets will still be good on that date.
