Rogers joins former recipients Adam Fyles, Beth Farkas and Sarah All as Arcadian Foundation scholars. He plans to attend a four-year university for engineering.

'Our objective is to select recipients on the basis of outstanding academic merit, citizenship and financial need, and to substantially pay for their college education,' stated Devens. 'We look forward to continuing this scholarship program and expanding its scope in the future.'
