Clyde Farm Market to open

On July 1, the Clyde Chamber of Commerce will establish Clyde-on-the-Erie Country and Farm Market to be held bi-monthly on the Clyde Grange properties. Several interested individuals have offered their assistance: The Clyde Grange for the use of their property, Union Local #1163 for electrical power, and Maureen (Mickey) Young, a new Chamber member who will act as Chairwoman. WIC and the Department of Agriculture have been contacted for application vouchers for fresh fruit.

The Market will be held on Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There will be a $4 vendor fee to be used for advertising and other needs.
