Marion students in Solo Festival

In February, 74 instrumental music students from Marion participated in the County Solo Festival held at Newark High School. The students performed a prepared solo, rudimentary scales and a sight reading piece before a NYSSMA adjudicator.

The senior high students are under the direction of Bruce Thompson and the junior high students are under the direction of Helen Gigliotti.

Senior High
