Reward offered to catch vandals

This graffiti on the abutments of Newark's Veterans Memorial Bridge is 'vandalism.'

If you know who did this and will supply information to local businessman Dick Colacino, a reward of $200 is offered. (Following arrest and conviction.)

The perpetrators would have to pay for repainting the vandalized areas.
