Clyde on the Erie set for May 26-28

The 15th annual Clyde on the Erie Festival has taken on a number of expanded activities. The annual event was started 14 years ago by past Chamber members. Over the years, other community groups showed interest, pledging to keep the event viable. The Clyde Chamber of Commerce needed to become more involved again since the Festival is key to the downtown projects and the canal corridor development.

Clyde residents will welcome many visitors on May 27 and 28. There will be a Town Wide Garage Sale starting on May 26 (no permits necessary).

Plans are now in process to feature a 5K Run, Street Dance, Ecumenical Service, exhibits, awards and prizes. Horse drawn Buggy rides, Martial Art Karate, Demonstrations, Food Sales. Hours of live Bands, Face Painting, Dancers, Flintstones characters, K-9 Dog, DJ music, Drug Awareness demonstrations and more.
