Rose sale in Newark a success

The Newark Rose Committee Mother's Day sale was a success. This year it included Newark Schools, Boy Scouts in Fairport, Lyons PTA, staff at the Pal-Mac Schools, Girl Scouts in Clifton Springs, and the Arts Council in Canandaigua.

Steve Austin said the money raised will pay for the creation of the garden at Showplace 5, and will build a brick terrace around the flagpole at St. Michael School on South Main St.
