Holiday Bazaar next week in Newark

The Newark-Wayne Auxiliary will hold its annual Christmas Boutique on Wednesday, November 8 from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. in the Boxwood Twig Gift Shop, located in the main lobby of ViaHealth of Wayne's Newark Hospital, Driving Park Ave.

The theme of this year's sale will be Winter in the New Millennium. The sale will feature a variety of holiday items such as ornaments, decorations and wreaths, and Possible Dreams Santas. A bake sale will feature home-baked cakes, breads, pies, jams and more. Sales tax will not be charged on items purchased on that day. Proceeds of the sale will go to the Auxiliary to support the programs and services of ViaHealth of Wayne.

More than 160 Auxilians and volunteers currently work to support the programs and services of ViaHealth of Wayne. They have been active at Newark Hospital since 1956. Anyone interested in joining the Auxiliary can obtain information by calling the volunteer/auxiliary office at 315.332.2273.
