Clean up day at Camp Beechwood

Camp Beechwood, located just off Lake Rd. in Sodus, has been closed for the last three years. It has been transferred from the Girl Scouts of Genesse Valley to the New York State Parks Dept.

The Camp has excellent potential uses for all kinds of youth and other community groups but, it now needs some basic yard work and clean up. You can join the effort this Saturday, November 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All are welcome. At the end of the day, a camp fire is planned to close the event.

Hot and cold drinks will be supplied. You may want to bring a lunch if you are going to spend the day.

The camp is located at Lake Road and Maxwell Road.
