Arts Council opens holiday sale The Wayne County Council for the Arts Holiday Open House is being held Saturday, November 24 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served while you browse the Gallery for a unique, one-of-a-kind gift for that special someone on your list.The Holiday sale will continue until December 23, at the Gallery in Lyons, located at the corner of Broad and Water Streets. Original, hand-crafted creations from talented artists and crafters from throughout the region make up this seasonal showcase. The work of regional and local painters, potters, printmakers, paper makers, woodworkers, weavers, photographers, jewelers and sculptors are all included in this month-long holiday shopping boutique. Gallery hours for this show & sale are Tuesday thru Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 until 4.
