Williamson Library accepting food for fines

In the spirit of giving, the Williamson Public Library will accept non-perishable, packaged food as payment for overdue fines. Now through the month of December, the library will waive $1 in late fees for each food item exchanged, which in turn will be donated to the Come-Unity Center. Food For Fines may not be used to pay for damaged material, nor does this special offer apply to delinquency charges.
