Home school classes at county museum

The Wayne County Historical Society has announced that an overflow session of Home School Classes on Architecture has been scheduled for October 20, from 10:30-noon.

In this class, students will see examples of different architectural styles in a slide show and then go on a scavenger hunt to find examples of different types of roofs, windows, pillars, shingles, and architectural designs.

The cost for this class is $2 per individual. As class size is limited, pre-registration is necessary. For more information or to register, contact the Society at 946.4943, Tuesday-Friday, 10-noon and 12:30-4 p.m.
