Book Review Lunch in Newark

The Friends of the Newark Public Library will hold their first book review luncheon for this season on Friday, October 13 at noon. Jean Richards Seymour, retired Newark High School English teacher, will be the guest speaker.

She will present 'Harry Potter for Grandparents and Other Grownups,' discussing some of the popular books by J.K. Rowling. If you have wondered what is the appeal of this young boy, come to the lunch. If you have not yet read any of the four volumes released, Seymour will entice you to begin the adventures of Harry at the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.
