Wayne Co. Job Fair planned

The 4th annual Wayne County Job Fair will be held at the Quality Inn, Route 88, Newark, on Wednesday, November 8, from 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. Admission is free to the public. More than 40 employers are expected to attend the event to accept applications and to conduct interviews.

This is an opportunity for those seeking a first-time job, a new job or who are tired of the long commute to their present job, to explore career opportunities being offered in the Wayne County area.

Job seekers are invited to bring their resumes and speak to local employers about available job opportunities. Employers representing many different industries including banking, manufacturing, education, health care and retailing will be represented. The job fair is expected to draw hundreds of job seekers from the area.

The Wayne County Job Fair is cosponsored by the NYS Department of Labor, Wayne County Business Council, Wayne Economic Development Corp., Wayne County Workforce Development and Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES.
