Book Review luncheon in Newark

The Friends of the Newark Public Library will hold their next luncheon meeting on Friday, November 10 at noon at the library. The Reverend Barbara Kauber, pastor of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, will be the guest speaker.

Rev. Kauber will review The Last of Gift of Time, by Carolyn Heilbrun. The author, in her 70's, looks back a decade in her life, and talks with both humor and seriousness, about how much she enjoyed it. Carolyn Heilbrun, a retired professor of English literature at Columbia University, is also known as Amanda Cross, a writer of mysteries.
