Clothing, toy exchange at Newark school

The Lincoln School PTA is looking for clothing and toy donations for an exchange. They need children's jackets, boots, snowsuits, snowpants, hats, mittens, sweaters, pants, and long sleeve shirts, but all sizes and seasons will be welcomed. If you donate toys or puzzles, please be sure that all the pieces are there and that they are in good condition.

Donations will be accepted from October 9-13 at the Lincoln School office, school days, 8 until 4.

The Clothing /Toy Exchange will be held on Saturday, October 14, from 10 to noon in the Lincoln School Gym. Admission to the Exchange is one or more cans of food. This entitles you to choose the clothing and toys you need. The food collected will go to the Newark Food Closet.

This is an opportunity for the community, schools, and businesses to come together to help people in need.
