Good Friday processional in Lyons
The Inter-Church Council of Lyons is organizing a Good Friday Processional at noon. The procession of the cross will begin at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church at the corner of Holley and Phelps in Lyons. From there, the next stop will be St. John's Lutheran Church, corner Spencer and Jackson. The walk continues to the Lyons Presbyterian Church, then to the United Methodist Church. The procession will end at Grace Episcopal.
At each stop, the pastors will read a portion of the story of Good Friday as told in Matthew's gospel. Everyone is welcome. Participants should dress for the weather.
