Teen advisory council forming at library

If you're a teen who thinks 'there's nothing to do' in Newark, why not join the Newark Public Library's Teen Advisory Council?

As a member, you will be able to decide what type of teen programs the library offers; design eye-catching displays; hang out with people your own age, and eat good food!

You'll provide input on which Young Adult books to order, and volunteer at library events, such as the Summer Reading program and book sales.

Please attend the meeting/pizza party on Friday, May 11, 3:30-5 p.m. at Newark Public Library. Register by Monday, May 7, call 331.4370
