East Palmyra history presentation

The East Palmyra Fire Department will sponsor its Early East Palmyra historical presentation this Saturday, April 28 at the fire hall.

A potluck dinner at 5:30 p.m. will precede the program that will begin at 7.

The program will feature the four area churches, including the first church to be organized west of the pre-emption line in 1793, and which became the East Palmyra Presbyterian Church.

Other churches represented will be the East Palmyra Methodist Episcopal, East Palmyra Christian Reformed and The Seventh Day Adventist.
