Fun in the Sun Day at Sodus Point

Another 'Fun in the Sun' Day will be held at Sodus Point Park on Thursday, August 16.

Children ages 5-14 will enjoy an activity-filled morning at Sodus Point Beach Park. Between the hours of 10 and noon, Park staff and Seven Lakes Council Girl Scouts will supervise beach games, water activities and crafts. An adult must accompany children.

The event is free but please register by calling the Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth at 946.5764, Monday-Friday, 9 to 5 or Sodus Point Park at 483.4459, Monday-Sunday, 10 to 7.

The deadline for registration is Thursday, August 9.

This event is sponsored by the Wayne County Department of Aging & Youth and funded by Wayne County and the NYS Office of Children & Family Services.
