Red Cross babysitting courses

The Red Cross will offer a babysitting course on August 28 and 29 from 8 to noon, and (same dates) from 12:30-4:30 p.m. at the Redeemer Lutheran Church on Hope Avenue in Newark.

Participants will learn basic techniques, how to handle emergency situations, and First Aid skills. Students must be at least 11 years old.
