Home schoolers invited to museum Homeschooled children are invited to the Wayne County Historical Society Museum on September 7 for tours, demonstrations and crafts. Beginning at 9 a.m., students will be able to take guided tours to see the permanent and temporary exhibits that are housed in the former Wayne County Jail, the attached sheriff's home and the two-story barn. Students will also have the opportunity to learn to make ink, write with a quill pen, and try papermaking. Registration is required for this free event.
