Elders and deacons installed in Lyons

On January 28, new elders and deacons were ordained and installed during the worship service at the First Presbyterian Church of Lyons.

Joseph Slattery, Darlene Whitcomb were ordained and installed as elders. John Ashmead, Gary Herrmann and Elizabeth Galusha were ordained and installed as deacons.

Those who were previously ordained and installed were Bud McIntyre, Janice Bailey and Marilyn Minier as elders, and Pam Crandall, as a deacon. The pastor of the church is The Rev. Cynthia Huling Hummel. Worship is Sunday morning at 10 a.m.
