Dutch Dinner at East Pal. school
Prepared by authentic Dutch cooks, the menu includes Snert (pea soup), Gehaktballetjes (meatball soup), Dutch Lettuce, Hutspot (carrots, potatoes, onions), Worst (sausage), Boerenkool (Kale, potatoes), Sauerkraut with potatoes and bacon, Olie Bollen, Banket (almond pastry), Oramje Kock, (orange cake), and assorted puddings.
