Fun at Lyons Library

During the week of February 20-23, the Lyons Public Library is sponsoring four programs for Fantasy Fun Week.

Tuesday, Feb. 20 a craft class will be held.

A Fantasy Film will be shown on Wednesday, February 21 at 3 p.m. Children will watch The Page Master and enjoy refreshments during the movie.

Children will participate in a Fantasy Book Discussion on Thursday, February 22 at 3 p.m. While enjoying pizza and soda, those attending will discuss the last Harry Potter book, Goblet of Fire, as well as books by C. S. Lewis and Susan Cooper.

On Friday, February 23 at 3 p.m. a Fantasy Costume Party will be held. Children will dress as their favorite fantasy characters and enjoy creating some fantasy foods.

The programs are free and open to children ages six and older. For more information, call the library at 946.9262.
