Register to attend college classes

Registration for the Spring semester at Finger-Lakes Community College is underway. Those who wish to enroll at the College as full-time students (seeking 12 or more credits) or matriculated students (degree seeking) should contact the FLCC Admissions Office at 716.394.3500, ext. 7278 for information about enrollment requirements.

Those who wish to enroll on a part-time, non-matriculated basis (seeking fewer than 12 credits and not seeking a degree) may register by mail using the Mail-In Registration Form in the FLCC Spring 2000 Course Listing Publication.

In-person registrations for part-time, non-matriculated students are also being accepted at the FLCC Registrar's Office, 4355 Lakeshore Drive, Canandaigua, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In-person registrations and placement testing for part-time, non-matriculated students will be held Wednesday, January 10, 4:30-6:30 p.m. with placement testing at 3 p.m. at the FLCC Newark Center, 111 Drumlin Ct., Newark

Spring semester classes begin January 24 and are held at the FLCC Canandaigua campus, Geneva Center, Newark Center, and Victor Center. A complete list of spring semester course offerings can now be viewed via the Internet by visiting Web Advisor at

Placement testing is required for all students who are working towards a degree and for all students seeking to enroll in ENG101, Freshman English. These tests cover basic reading and writing skills and are used to make appropriate English course recommendations.

Payment is due at time of registration and may be made by cash, check, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. Students born on or after January l , 1957 and registering for at least six credit hours must provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella in order to attend class.

Ontario County residents need to provide identification with signature. Non-Ontario County residents must obtain a Certificate of Residence from their county treasurer.
