Otters program at Montezuma Wildlife Refuge

Otters in the Area! will be presented at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, at the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center (on Rtes. 5&20 between Seneca Falls and Auburn).

June Summers from the River Otter Project will discuss the return of otters to the Finger Lakes region, including otter habitat and habits, and signs indicating that otters are in the area. The program is free and open to the public. This is sponsored by Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex, a non-profit organization that supports habitat restoration, wildlife conservation, education and public use within the Montezuma Wetlands Complex.
