Rev. Dan Benedict Together In Christ dinner in Newark

The 21st annual T.I.C. dinner was held this past Wednesday night at Park Presbyterian Church in Newark. The buffet dinner was attended by 132 people.

The Rev. Dan Benedict was the after-dinner speaker, telling about his recent trip to Cuba. His talk was entitled 'The Ever-Present Now.' He says ignorance prevents the U.S. from lifting the trade embargo against Cuba, hurting the poor people of Cuba. 'We need to understand our neighbors to the south,' he says.

Also pictured are Millie and Carlton Cummings, with a plaque they received for 20 years of service to T.I.C.
