Special Valentine fees at Humane Society

The Humane Society of Wayne County is celebrating Valentine's Day on February 10 and 11. If you've been thinking about adopting an animal, now is the time. All shelter animals will be specially priced for the weekend event, and you get to choose your discount.

Browse the shelter and choose the pet you wish to adopt. Then pick a red balloon from the balloon bouquet, pop the balloon and reveal the discount amount. There will be discounts of $10, $15, $20 and $25 off the adoption fee. If you are really lucky, you may choose one of the 'Free' balloons and pay NO adoption fee.

There will be raffle items, and gourmet treats on sale for your canine and feline Valentine sweeties.
