Time to make your arrangements for a bus trip. September 10 is a trip to Rochester to the Crescent Beach Hotel for a memorable musical journey.

October 29-November 1, there's a trip to Stowe, Vermont to the famous Trapp Family Lodge. While in Vermont see the making of Vermont Cheese, visit an outdoor mall, The Teddy Bear Factory and have afternoon tea and cookies at the Lodge. The second da,y tour Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, Green Mt. Chocolates, a Cider Mill and enjoy harp music at the Lodge during dinner.

November 26-28 offers a trip to Wheeling, West Virginia, where you will see the well-known Christmas lights at Oglebay Park, enjoy a live performance of Debbie Reynolds, a Hallmark tour and more! Call Isabelle Bushart for reservations at 926.7764

'Happy Birthday Wishes' to Isabelle on July 6.

JULY 6, 1922: Mrs. Luella Curtis, class of '88 was elected president of the alumni association of the Marion Collegiate Institute at the meeting held in the Baptist Church on Wednesday and attended by over 100. Clifford Topping '19 was chosen vice president; Miss Lucille Rogers '11 , secretary and Melvin Warner '96 treasurer.

On June 30, family and friends of Chantel Lawliss gathered at Forman Park in celebration of her high school graduation. Food was enjoyed and games played. Chantel, the 2001 Marion Valedectiorian, is the daughter of Barry and Lisa Lawliss.

Paul and Sue Devlin invited family members and friends to a Fourth of July rotisserie turkey dinner and pool party at their home on Farnsworth Road, Marion.

Soon, Daniel Halstead, Josh Beadle, Samantha Webb, Jessica March, Jen Kruse, Derek Corteville together with sponsors, Debbie Halstead and George Beadle, will be going to Lewistown, under the auspices of Group Workcamps.
