Sunset concert and dancing at Lighthouse

This seasons new Sunset Concerts, complete with ballroom dance demonstrations and instructions, are bringing new swing to the Sodus Point Lighthouse Museum's 2001 summer season.

As you see pictured here, the first was a grand success. The second will be on Friday, July 27, from 7-9 p.m.

Instructors from Turning Point return to the Lighthouse for more instruction with another dance band. The museum will be open from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for sunset viewing. Raindate for this concert is Friday, Aug. 3.

There is no charge for the Sunset Concerts, which are sponsored in part through a New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant, administered locally by Wayne County Council for the Arts.
