Family Bible FunFest in Newark

Emmanuel United Methodist Church is hosting a week-long 'Family Bible FunFest' from Monday through Friday, August 6-10, from 6-8 p.m. at the church, corner of E. Miller and Colton, Newark.

All are welcomed to visit 'The Castle of the King,' where participants will experience music, worship, and praise. In the Hall of Heroes, they will learn of famous Bible people. In the Armor Room and Chapel, they can learn how to be faithful soldiers for Christ.

In addition, there will be opportunities to use creative skills in the Crafts Guild, snacks in Ye Olde Banquet Hall, and a video/ discussion session for older young people and adult on Jesus and the Bible Lands.

A freewill mission offering will be taken, but there is no charge for the Family FunFest.
