Arcadia offices relocating?

If you walk in to Newark's Municipal Building and see piles of bookcases, boxes, and assorted office necessities, the Town staff isn't moving to a different location - they're inside the office - behind more boxes, files and computer equipment.

Installation of new carpeting began yesterday and continues throughout today. Hopefully, things will return to normal tomorrow.
