Summer plans at Marion Library

2001: A Reading Odyssey - Adventures in a new Location is the theme of the Summer Reading Program. The Adventures in a New Location is in keeping with the library's plan to move to their new facility on Maple Avenue sometime in the late summer.

Pre-schoolers through adults are invited to join us in this relaxing reading program. Stop by the library during regular hours during the weeks of June 18 and 25, and register for Summer Reading.

The move to the new facility is planned for sometime in late August or early September. If you are interested in helping, please call the library or stop in and let us know what you would like to do. We need movers, drivers, shelvers, and food providers. Whatever your specialty, we can use it.

Financial donations are needed. Perhaps instead of a monetary donation, you would like to have a chair, lamp, desk, etc. in the library in memory or honor of a loved one. Contact Pam Wolfanger if you are interested in being involved in this way.
