4-H plans fun day for kids

The Wayne County 4-H Program has a great day planned for you! On Thursday, June 28, youths are welcome to participate in Summer Fun in the Breezes. The event offers youth a chance to learn that there is more to summer vacation than just sitting inside and watching TV and playing video games.

Some of the scheduled activities are fishing, archery, cooking, basket weaving, stepping stones, and wooden bug boxes. Hours are 10 to 2. Youth ages 6 and up are invited to attend. There will also be group games, tie-dyeing, and whirly birds. These activities give youth a chance to interact with everyone attending the event. There is a $7 registration fee for non-4-H Members. Pre-registration is a must !
