Summer concerts planned in Clyde

This year, Clyde will present Summer Concerts in the Village Park.

Village official are announcing the dates early so that local service organizations and other groups can plan other functions to complement the concerts.

The first concert will be held in the Village Park on June 3 with Don Hunt Dixieland Quintet performing from 5 to 8 p.m.

July 22 features For Dancers Only performing from 5 to 7 p.m. The third concert will be held Aug. l9 with the Clyde Saxton Band performing from 6 to 8 p.m.

Plans are being made to include a canalside concert at South Side Park now under construction. Information and coordination for events can be scheduled through Linda Barnes at the Village office. This project is made possible, in part, with public funds from New York State Council on the Arts, which is administered locally by Wayne County Council for the Arts.
