Dixieland Concert in Lyons

Bourbon Street Jazz will play Sunday at Lyons First Presbyterian Church.

The jazz group has been entertaining audiences in the area for nearly 30 years. They play Dixieland and traditional jazz music. Sunday's concert will be from 4-6 p.m.

The concert is part of the 2001 Lenten Concert Series which is made possible in part by public funds from the State Council on the Arts' Decentralization Program. Wayne County Council for the Arts administers the funds.

At the corner of Queen and Broad Streets, the Presbyterian church is handicapped accessible. The concert is free, but donations will be gladly received. After the concert, there will be a reception to meet the performers. For additional information call 946.4723.
