Morells will perform in Lyons concert

Tim and Eugene Morell will perform at The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons on Sunday, April 1 at 4 p.m. The father and son have been making music together for 45 years. Tim is a guitarist and enjoys singing and playing. He is a gifted songwriter who has played in various musical groups, from rock and roll, to country to blues and beyond.

Harmonica player Gene, Tim's father, is retired and living in Wolcott. He has directed and performed in musical shows in Wayne County. He organized The Odds and Ends in Red Creek and Wolcott. Gene is a storyteller and is known for his engaging style and his wonderful sense of humor.

The Morells also play in the Lyons band, For Goodness Sake.

Everyone is invited. The concerts are free, but donations will be gladly received. The church is located at the corner of Queen and Broad Streets. You can call 946.4723.
