learn more! North Rose-Wolcott students to stage 'Little Women'

North Rose/Wolcott students will present the play, Little Women, adapted from Louise May Alcott's classic.

The show will be performed at the high school on Nov. 16 and 17 (evening performances) and Nov. 18 (matinee performance).

Set in the late 1800's in Civil War America, the main cast of characters is four young ladies growing up in a close knit family with a loving mother and father. The story follows the girls as they mature over three years. Director Ron Patrick is enjoying working with the talented young cast.

The sets will be constructed by Nick Wojieck and a crew of students. Deborah Teska is in charge of costumes and she is fairly overwhelmed by the task of taking the audience back in time to Victorian America. She is assisted by Debbie Thorn and Lucina Hallagan.

Anyone interested in helping with costumes, sets or props should contact Deborah Teska; Nick Wojieck or Ron Patrick at NRW High School, 594.3100.

Needed are coats or capes; an old-fashioned broom; knitted or crocheted blankets; women's shawls, andirons and fender for a fireplace, brass coal scuttle, braided oval rug, an old fashioned dressing gown, Victorian dress purses and dress hats.
