Scherenschnitte craft class in Lyons
 The Lyons Public Library will hold a craft class on Scherenschnitte, also known as German paper cutting, on Saturday, November 10, at 1 p.m. The class will be taught by Dora Talbo of Lyons.
Participants must bring the following materials to the class:

an Exacto knife or very sharp small pointed scissors,
-
a cutting board or thick piece of cardboard or a piece of glass to cut on,
-
tracing paper,
-
colored background paper to mount the design on,
-
and, if possible, graphite paper.
The class is limited to six people and registration is required.
