Keep giving blood
donate blood

Due to the generous outpouring of blood donations, the immediate need for blood to assist victims of the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks has been met.

Wayne County Chapter American Red Cross  has blood drives scheduled in October. They are returning to regularly scheduled blood drives each month and hope that all donors will help Red Cross ensure an available supply of blood for both civilian and military use by planning to donate on a regular basis.

A donor can give a whole blood donation every 56 days. Blood donors need to be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. Please call 331.3783 for information.
