Grades 5-8 will have a Career Day in the morning with 32 different careers being presented between 9-11:30 a.m.

In the afternoon, all K through 8 students will kick-off Red Ribbon Week (which is the next week) with a presentation by the Wayne County Sheriff Canine Patrol. Grades 5-8 will hear the presentation from 12:30-1 while grades pre-K-4 will be from 1-1:30.

The school has hired Wildlife Educational Encounters of America to give presentations to all students between 9 and 2. The program will include animals from the rain forest, desert, Africa, and the Amazon.
