Memorial to be held in Lyons Park

There will be a Memorial Service held by Wayne County Fire and Police, acknowledging their comrades who perished in the New York City terrorism attacks of September 11.

The public is invited to attend the service in the Lyons Village Park on Saturday, September 29 at 4 p.m.

There was a successful 'boot collection' this past Saturday in Lyons, and many local citizens gave generously to the charitable effort.
