New exhibit in Lyons gallery

The Cider Mill Regional Arts Council is hosting r.l markham's exhibit entitled The Catchall Drawer.

The opening reception will be held this Friday, April 5 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The artist's career has ranged from art teacher to theatrical scene designer. His perspective of the world is displayed through a series of drawings and paintings.

The exhibit runs through April 26. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 1-5 p.m.

The Arts Council is located in the Erie Canal Cultural Center at 165 Water St., Lyons. Call 946.5078.
