Lyons Garden Club forming

Are you interested in joining a new Lyons area garden club? At 7 p.m. Monday, April 8, the Seventh District Federated Garden Clubs Membership Chair Grace Matthews will meet with people in the Lyons area.

Garden clubs normally have monthly meetings with interesting programs. They are an excellent way to learn more about gardening, flower arranging, horticulture and to help with community beautification, tour gardens and to make new friends who have a common interest. The meeting will be held at the Lyons Public library at 67 Canal Street.
